Varumayin Niram Sigappu (Poverty is colored Red) (1980) is a Tamil movie starring Kamal Hassan, Sridevi, Prathap Pothan, S V Sekhar, Dilip, Poornam Viswanathan and others in the lead roles. The movie is a portrayal of the struggles of educated youth and their disillusionment with society in general.
